We have been coming to see Dr. Cole for almost three years now, we love her, she’s a great pediatric eye doctor. However, after today we will not be returning. After both of my children got their eyes dilated we returned to the lobby to wait the 20-30 mins for their eyes to fully dilate. While sitting in the kids section my kids asked to watch tv, which was on some weird cartoon and completely mute, the tv had a sign that said “please do not touch, ask”. Worst appointment wait times ever! They don’t have enough providers, so they book appointments as if they do and so it’s normally an hour plus long wait past your appointment time. It’s abysmal
Dr. Kali Cole did surgery on my eye and didn't send me home with any pain meds for the uncomfortable stitches. This was after the anesthesiaologist or nurse forgot to give me nausea meds.
Doctor found something in my eye, which I am grateful for, but he said we're good to go even after I said there were two spots where i felt something. 1 hr later I still felt something and called back to get seen right away. Lady was obviously bothered about my persistence and told me she will call me back, which she never did. I called the next day and again, she was bothered and upset that I'm still calling trying to get seen. Canceled my appointment and am going somewhere else.
