Dr. Kali Cole did surgery on my eye and didn't send me home with any pain meds for the uncomfortable stitches. This was after the anesthesiaologist or nurse forgot to give me nausea meds.
Doctor found something in my eye, which I am grateful for, but he said we're good to go even after I said there were two spots where i felt something. 1 hr later I still felt something and called back to get seen right away. Lady was obviously bothered about my persistence and told me she will call me back, which she never did. I called the next day and again, she was bothered and upset that I'm still calling trying to get seen. Canceled my appointment and am going somewhere else. I recently had surgery performed by Dr. Cole. From the initial consultation to the post-op care, she was incredibly professional, patient, and thorough. Dr. Cole took the time to explain everything in detail. The surgery itself went smoothly, and my recovery has been fantastic. I highly recommend Dr. Cole for anyone in need of expert eye care. She's truly a skilled and compassionate doctor!
The staff at the front were extremely helpful and explained what my insurance would and wouldn’t cover so I knew what I would be paying after my appointment with no surprise fees. The tech was phenomenal and the tests were all done immediately without any waiting even though the waiting room was full (I don’t think anyone waited beyond their appointment time and I actually got back before my set time). Arrived to ask a question because they had moved from the other address that I had been given and the front desk person was so horribly rude. I left. She didn't give me a chance to finish asking what I needed and she was absolutely awful. I was so taken by surprise that I just turned around and walked out. I definitely won't be back. This is the office on 18th and Utica
