I went here for years then last year my wife goes pays in full a year later they send a bill to my house for the previous year after I have a receipt stating paid I called to straighten it out they admitted they made the mistake but demand I pay for their mistake and every time I asked for a manager or higher up in control they refused to transfer me and never called back when they said they would beware if u go here they will bill you an entire year after service even though you paid
My husband and I went to pick up his glasses this morning and had to pay an extra $10 to walk out with them for a mistake they made, all the while having the cashier stare at us, presuming that she was watching us for a scene. Obviously we did not cause one, but your bad business practice and our $10 also got you this review, one on yelp, one on google, one everywhere else I can find to place one, and word of mouth of our experience.
RecommendedI have been a long customer of Pearl Vision in Riverdale, NJ. While in Toms River on an overnight trip. I forgot to pack my dailies contact lenses. I contacted the Toms River office and they were sooo nice (spoke to Sarah and Anthony). Long story short, I was able to get my lenses prescription from North Jersey faxed over to this office and they have a box of sample contacts each eye. For $1014.60 for 1 pier glasses is ridiculous
My husband Scott had his eyes examined in the Springfield location 5/13/15 the "Doctor" wrote it incorrectly and Scott could not use the glasses he purchased from Sears. Scott went back the end of May and was given a different prescription, had the glasses re-done and the prescription still wasn't correct. He went back Sept 5 with the same results, all the time not being able to comfortably wear his glasses.
