RecommendedI had my check up and they are the best around. Employees are friendly and fast. Had a problem with my glasses and they took care of me right away.
I use to work at the Toms River one, the tech staff are completely Rude treated me like crap would call me stupid for not knowing how To do something that they never taught me, told me they hired me cause they had no one else and I wasn’t there first choice. not a good company To be a part of! Never been mistreated so badly at a job before!
I spent about $1,000 on a pair of glasses and waited about a month for them to come in and they or not transitional lenses when I specifically alsked for that
Dr Luliano is amazing he was so kind and soooo patient with me. I had eyelid surgery and am having problems with my eyes he gave me a name of a surgeon who he felt who could fix the problems. It is not often a doctor will take time to help you beyond your visit, he was so kind and smart. all the girls there were so kind because once I get my eyelids fixed properly I'm going to need glasses and they were were were happy to show me even though the surgery won't be for at least 2 months so thanks Kristy,Tiffany, Britney, Ashley... read more
I love the staff upon walking in. I am not invisible and they address me in a friendly manner, check my info and then I am escorted with a very friendly and competent tech for four different tests, which are all explained easily. I opted to have the additional tests so Dr. Iuliano can compare year-to-year. I then go into the exam room and the tech asks if I have any questions or issues while she readies my stats and results in the computer before Dr. I arrived. Pearle vision having good brands,amazing glasses i always prefer pearle vision for my glasses.
In recent times, I have taken my grandfather to Pearle Vision for his regular check up. The customer service here was really good, my grandfather has felt very comfortable at this eye care center. The doctors here showed that much care and importance to his visibility. Thank you Pearle Vision for giving us that much comfort.
