Very quick appointment and very straight forward. Dr. Young was very efficient and professional. Although I have not been to an Optometrist in over 10 years (totally not recommended as yearly is best practice), there was very minimal paperwork for the UPMC Vision Advantage benefits (a credit card slip was the only thing I had to fill out myself).
