When they tried to charge me $35 on top of my co-pay for a new "prescription charge" I said no thank you! Ridiculous!!
I had been seeing Dr Sudarshan for my entire life until recently. I had an immediate family member miss an appointment due to a medical emergency and had our services terminated. The office sent a very disingenuous letter stating that we were terminated. We went in person to speak to management who seemed indifferent and did not even seem empathetic to our situation. I got my lasik surgery done with Dr. Sadarshan this past Friday (6-2-17) and I've got to say, it's the best investment I've made thus far. Would highly recommend to anybody who can't go anywhere or do anything without their glasses/contacts
