Front office was amazing, Nurses we very nice and helpful. The Dr was great. Walked me through everything and got me good to go.

My visit experience with the staff/doctor assistant Merin was very unprofessional on her part. Merin had a bad and disrespectful attitude toward me. She chose to address me as Mr. using my first name. When I stated that if she wanted to address me as Mr., then I’d appreciate it if she used my last name instead of my first name. She refused to try to address me as Mr. using my Last name, and reacted angrily by asking me: isn’t your name Phillip? That’s my first name, I replied.
