Charged over $600 for a routine eye exam. They coded it wrong and refuse to change it so insurance will cover it.
RecommendedI was in and out in an hour. eye dilated, waited 15 to 20 minutes, and the YAG surgery was about 3 to 4 minutes. I can see already, amazing. I should be at 100% tomorrow, because I'm slow on getting my eyes back to normal after they have been dilated.

I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, filled out my paperwork and then waited for a half hour only to overhear another patient asking how long it would be and then heard it was an hour. They already rebooked my appointment and then I took time off from work and they didn't even bother to tell me there was an hour wait when I checked in. It's extremely rude to your patients to overbook and not tell them. That was my second trip in my last to this office I'll be scheduling appointments with another provider. I had to ... read more
