HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Went for my first time with every worry a bride has! My consultant was very patient and understanding in what I wanted. Dresses were all so beautiful and I was lucky to find one. Recently picked my dress up and it is perfect and prettier then the first time. Very pleased. Everyone I worked with or spoke on the phone with was so nice!
If I could give this place a zero I would. Unfortunately my experience here was one I wont forget. I was told by my consultant that I wasn't giving dresses a fair shot and I needed to try them on. I told her what I was looking for and I was opened to trying other things, however, she didn't pull anything except big heavy ball gowns. She yelled at me and left me in the dressing room for almost 10 minutes pretty much naked. I had a wonderful experience at The Exquisite Bride Gibsonia! I worked with Judy who was absolutely amazing. I was a bit of a challenge given that we have a very short engagement so I needed something off the rack, and my budget wasn't the highest. She helped me try on a wide selection of dresses from their Loft offerings and I found several that I loved :) She was very conscious of my budget and didn't try to upsell me like I was afraid of after watching how other bridal salons operate. This was the worst experience I could ever imagine in a bridal salon!!! Most miserable employee ever! Condescending mean nasty!!! Never would I recommend this store!!
