I had a fantastic experience at The Exquisite Bride in Gibsonia. My consultant was very attentive and honest while I was trying on dresses. I had quite a large group but she interacted with all of us and made it a very special time.
Went to The Exquisite Bride and only got the best treatment. I went to the Gibsonia location and they were super helpful even though they knew that I was potentially going to alter and wear my grandmothers dress. They gave me the royal treatment and let me look at many dresses of all shapes to get ideas for my dress. I did not end up buying my dress through them but they told me to come back with my dress when it is finished and are happy to help me find the perfect vail and other accessories. We had such a wonderful experience here! This was the second bridal shop we went to and expected it to be two of many! They were so welcoming and helpful. After talking to us, they just seemed to know exactly what we would like and found the perfect bridal gown for my daughter! She looked absolutely gorgeous and couldn’t be happier with her choice. My mom and I went to the Gibsonia location this morning and I got the dress (and veil) of my dreams! Judy was amazingly helpful and honest. She picked up on my style immediately and every dress she chose was a winner. The worst part was having to only pick one! I got the most amazing veil as well. This was the second shop I went to, and although I had an amazing experience at the first place, this was hands down better. I would recommend The Exquisite Bride in Gibsonia to any bride looking for her dream gown. Danette was my consultant and she was amazing. Everyone in the store was but Danette personally made our experience fabulous. I ended up having 10 people with me and not once did they complain about how many people we had or how loud we were! I got my dress from Exquisite Bride in Gibsonia for my September 2nd wedding and I could not be more happy that I did. I got my dress on my first trip and they were so helpful throughout the entire process and extremely nice! My dress was everything I dreamed and so much more and I could not have done it without them!
My experience with exquisite bride was perfect! Jeanie at the Gibsonia location made me feel comfortable and guided me through the selection rather than persuading me into something that didn't fit my personality or was outside my price range.
