If anyone is looking for a dress store that offers beautiful dresses, patient workers, and an overall great time I would definitely recommend The Exquisite Bride (Gibsonia)! They take their time with you and make sure you’re getting exactly what you want. There’s a large variety of options, you might even find something you thought you weren’t looking for! 😊
I got both of my prom dresses from here and loves them!! I still get compliments when people see photos years later. I will definitely be going to the Exquisite Bride for any other formal wear I’ll need in the future!
They are very rude and we were told we had to order a dress size that was 2 sizes too big just in case, even though we said we did not want it that big and then when it came in and needed fitted was told it was way too big and we could get a new dress or rework that one for $1000 more after we already spent $1200. Then when I got upset and said they should do something to help since they advised us on that size, they said they cant force anyone to do anything and it was our fault because we signed off on that size. I recently got my wedding dress at Exquisite Bride and couldn’t have have asked for a better experience! The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Judy. She was great at finding styles that complimented the vision for my wedding and also helped me find my bridesmaid dresses. I’d highly recommend Exquisite Bride! .
We recently visited Exquisite Bride to look at wedding dresses for my sister’s November wedding. The staff, specifically Judy, were very helpful. And they have tons of beautiful dresses for different budgets. We will be going back again to look for bridesmaid dresses soon!
Went there on a Sunday and we did not know an appointment was needed. They were very rude and did not want to even let us look around. Would not recommend this place to anyone. We went elsewhere and she found her dress and she had a very pleasant experience which is what it should be.
Stopped in just to look and found the most beautiful mob dress. the ladies were a huge and wonderful help and a true breath of fresh air! I cant wait to wear my gown, thank you Exquisite Bride
