I lived at The Exchange West Midtown for two years. The apartments themselves are spacious and have modern finishes, which was one of the only redeeming features. The overall living experience was unsatisfactory. Common areas like the halls were frequently dirty, the trash chutes often backed up, and elevator outages were common.
