I had multiple accidents in a property I thought was monitored since we have “cameras.” My brand new car got broken into and also hit on the side bumper. All within hours apart. Even if you park inside the garage your car will still be broken into. Which has happened to me more than once in this complex. The front office can care less about their residents. Unsafe building, multiple car breakins and the front office says that can’t do anything about it to help. Consistently dirty hallways on 1st and second floors. Loud truck noises & beeping early in the morning from trucks working at nearby businesses. Poor management that doesn’t seem to care about improving anything

Is everyone in this an apartment complex a tenant? - Yes Are tenants expected to relocate (move in/out)? - Yes Do they have a dedicated/earmarked place for relocation vehicles (trucks/relocubes): NO!!! this is ridiculous. Then what? keep it on the pavement!! Yes, that's what happened. There is no parking for relocation vehicles. The leasing office told us to keep the UPack relocubes on the pavement while moving in. They also told not to use the future resident parking spots. I am wondering how the stay would be and what hoop... read more
