I've lived here for 5 years, and they have kept it hospitable through any issues that have arisen. Inconveniences that are inevitable for residents are taken seriously and handled with communication, if not swiftly. Cedric and his team started in the fall of 2025. Their attitude has changed how the property is run and increased my confidence to come to the office for support.
Initially, I was extremely hesitant about leasing here after coming across one particular review that gave me pause. However, the property came highly recommended by one of the top realtors in the area, Audria King of AptAmigo – Atlanta, so I decided to move forward and learn more. I’ve been living at The Exchange for nearly three years and have had a great experience working with Cedric and Tyrone in the leasing office. They are professional, responsive, and consistently helpful. Anytime I’ve had questions or needed assistance, they’ve been easy to work with and supportive. I really appreciate their help as a long-term resident.
I had a maintenance issue with my bathroom light this morning, so I decided to come directly to the office after work to announce my issue. I saw my good friend, Tyrone (leasing agent) and told him the issue and he immediately called Oscar to help me with my problem. When I say Oscar met me at my door and fixed my light issue in the matter of 5 mins….I was very pleased. I wanted to tip him, but he wouldn’t take it so please make sure he gets something for his quick, efficient service. Thank you!
Great tour experience Tyrone is a professional! Although I didn’t move here I would definitely recommend these apartments.
