I was visiting the property for my son who is going to be new in the West midtown Area. Upon coming in i was greeted by Tyrone, He was so nice and pleasant. Warm and welcoming and knows alot about the company . If i wasnt already in a house i would definitely lease here im going to make sure my son come and visit his self. Thank you Tyone!✨
** update- bunch of cars broken into yet again. When does the exchange plan on doing anything about the lack of security? Living here has gone completely downhill. The hallways are constantly dirty and never cleaned, the common areas are filthy, and the gym is always dusty like it hasn’t been touched in months. They gave us BREAKFAST! OMG i have never had that at any community i’ve stayed in. Tyrone is great so nice and friendly and do everything ye can to make our stay overall a great experience !
Love the team! They were very welcoming. I also thought the property was extremely clean. I was impressed!
ENJOY THE ROACHES YOU'LL HAVE AS ROOMMATES WHEN YOU MOVE HERE!!! ENJOY HAVING YOUR CAR BROKEN INTO REGULARLY WHILE IN THE PARKING GARAGE. ENJOY PAYING FOR THE NASTY VALET TRASH PEOPLE THROW IN THEIR HALLWAYS WITHOUT THE BINS AND ENJOY ALL OF THE ROACHES AND RATS THEY ATTRACT!! WE LOVE THIS RODENT/PEST FILLED UNSAFE COMMUNITY!!!
