called in, got a gal named Lindsey, and asked if they were accepting new patients, she then put me on hold for 25 minutes just to tell me yes, and i asked where to fill out the new patient form, then she put me back on hold for another 30 minutes? yeah im never coming to this place.

Terrible experience. They put one of my visit charges from 2022 in collection and I had to pay off a collection agency at the end of 2024. I had so many expenses in between and I always pay my health bills (especially with my good insurance ). When I called billing, they have no idea of what happened and why only one of my many charges was sent to collections. Anyway, this is the reason why people hate big healthcare companies — they made my life harder even when I was a paying customer in good standing.

They removed a mole, called it minor surgery, then sent me a bill for $500 that my insurance wouldn’t cover, and while I was disputing it with them, they served me with court papers. I had to stand in front of a judge and explain I didn’t have $500 to pay for a mole that got removed, and I never would’ve had it removed if I knew it would cost that much. Here’s the kicker: my insurance company is the exact same company that owns The Everett Clinic. Thanks Optum.
