Honestly, this was a very disappointing medical experience. I suffered a very bad triple hit concussion this last year from a bad mountain bike crash, and I struggled for over 6 months in recovery. It took many appointments with my everet clinic primary care to finally escalate me to the everett clinic neurologist and get an mri for my brain. This clinic is a prime example of the current state of brokenness in the practice of medicine. My insurance does not require referrals to see specialists, and I pay dearly to have this level of coverage to be able to self-refer. However, this practice has an internal policy requiring referrals or they cancel your appointment. I don’t have a PCP because mine retired. After waiting 3 months to see a new one, that one cancelled my appointment. Now, the next appointment I can get with a PCP is in 2024! When I called this practic... read more
Whoever answers the phone here is sassy and rude. I can't understand why they were so mean to me when I tried to be nice to them about the problem.
Dr. Chun is by far the best doctor I’ve ever seen. His bedside manner is incredible and his caring nature surpasses that of any provider I’ve seen in years! Not only did he ease me of fears and concerns I’ve been having for the last several months, but he sat there with me for a good portion of the visit and just listened to me vent about current worries and stressors I’m facing.
