Horrible! Dr. Soota Kaartik was my physician. I went in for an endoscopy to see why I was having trouble swallowing. When I met him for pre , op , he said he was going to take a biopsy of my esophagus and my stomach , not sure why. I was told it would take 3 to 5 days for the results, and I waited 2 weeks and finally called them as I checked my patient portal, and there was nothing and never heard from them.And I got nothing in the mail. Horrible care team who you have to wait Multiple months to see for a 5 min consultation appointment. I then had a scope and a colonoscopy and was told to just keep doing what im doing and come back in 8 weeks
I have had extremely good care here. I came in for an urgent matter. Chelsea McCarty Took her time with me and explained everything. I went home with information that would help me prepare for the next step. Very grateful to have had such good care.
Terrible doctors who do not care about you. They make you wait 4 months for an appointment, tell you your horrible stomach pain is probably anxiety, and then the appointment is over.
