My husband has something severely wrong. The Everett Clinic you cannot get through without being hung up on, once you are able to get through and make a surgery appointment that is needed, you come to find out that appointment wAs not saved in their system and only your covid test for the surgery 2 days before was scheduled after it took you 2 hours just to get the surgery scheduled with lots of previous days of trying to get through, mind you, the Dr. assistant had to be the one to initate the scheduling. If I had a choice between Everett clinic or dying, I would choose death. Worst staff worst communication, test results awaiting? Forget about it!
There was literally nobody else here. I had never seen a 0 minute wait time before so my hopes were high. The desk lady was quick to check me in. The nurse did her job swiftly. I was in my room awaiting the doctor in under 10 minutes. The nurse said he will be here momentarily. Its been 30 minutes and I haven't heard anything, I'm just sitting here. Its very easy to tell the doctors are the problem at this location.
