I went in for microblading services in January and received unsatisfactory results that left my eyebrows looking horrible and was promised a half a refund on several occasions from Dana. The last date that I was supposed to receive a refund was on 4/15/25. I reached out this month to inquire about the refund and still have not received a refund or a response.
