The Estates at Perimeter is a great living community. They offer many resort like amenities. In addition, the staff and management team are professional, supportive and friendly. Their warm smiles and intentional community socials are the BEST amenities at the Estates at Perimeter 😊! If you’re looking to enjoy a home 🏡 life, the Estates is home 🏡.
They promise certain amenities to get you to live there, but they have no intentions on improving their facilities. They love to give you false advertisement up front. They also have no training/ do not care to ease concerns toward the treatment of tenants.
So far this has been a excellent complex to live in! I love how convenient we are to everything in Augusta! The apartment is beyond beautiful and very spacious. The only negative thing is I have noticed the buildings all need a good power wash! And the bushes all need to be trimmed. Every thing else is great and has been enjoyable.
Love the staff! Everyone is very friendly and get things done quickly!
