They promise certain amenities to get you to live there, but they have no intentions on improving their facilities. They love to give you false advertisement up front. They also have no training/ do not care to ease concerns toward the treatment of tenants.
RecommendedSo far this has been a excellent complex to live in! I love how convenient we are to everything in Augusta! The apartment is beyond beautiful and very spacious. The only negative thing is I have noticed the buildings all need a good power wash! And the bushes all need to be trimmed. Every thing else is great and has been enjoyable.
Love the staff! Everyone is very friendly and get things done quickly!
