I went this past Saturday night with my husband and we enjoyed it. We were paired with a group that had been drinking and the staff was amazing and credited my account for my husband and I to come back. We did Sunday and had a great time. The staff was amazing and I really appreciated the fact that they were professional and was impressed that they went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. We had a blast! We were in Austin for a conference and this was our way of letting loose for a bit before dinner! We had people from 3-4 different companies and so it was a great way for us to get to know each other. It ended up being a cool team building experience as well. We talked about it all the way to dinner! Staff are great! So helpful. Staff here are way more supportive than staff I have worked with in other Escape rooms in other cities.
