Eric helped us acquire a condo in Philadelphia center city in summer 2026. He quickly understood exactly what we were looking for and shared appropriate options with us on a regular basis. From beginning to end, Eric was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He and his team were very responsive to our questions and efficiently guided us thru the process. We'll definitely contact Eric as our realtor for our future needs.
