The staff are super friendly, it’s clean and bright, and the classes are incredible. No matter your fitness level, you’ll feel comfortable here!
Hot Yoga can be intimidating but I found that the classes and Endorphin Effect are so accessible for anyone, even beginner yogi's. The studio is beautiful and brand new. I definitely recommend giving it a try if you're in the area.
FINALLY found a place that offers HOT yoga. Wonderful place!
