This is my happy place! The staff at Endorphin Effect is encouraging, knowledgeable and motivating. I have always had a difficult time sticking to a workout routine but because of the people I have met here I am hooked and feeling great!
Love this gym!! I’ve been a member since it opened. I love the variety of classes offered & the personalized attention you receive from the instructors & trainers. They even offer classes & sports camps for kids. If you are tired of being just a number at a big gym come check it out!
Very unprofessional to say the least. If you want your instructor to pull your hair than ladies this is the place for you. I had my ponytail yanked not once but twice in 30 min. I did not stay the full hour. It was my FIRST time and I was trying my best. I will not be going back or joining this place. Ladies please stay away!!! Orange Theory is the same price and you get a better workout. Plenty of other gyms out there!!!!
