Just want to give a big shoutout to the maintenance team. I wish i knew their names but it’s two gentlemen. Every work order that I’ve put in so far gets taken care of the day after. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for an apartment.
I was looking to move from a less than desirable community in the area and have previously considered the Encore at Wheaton Station. Having moved here, I wish I had made that choice originally. The whole process of renting at this community was professional and thorough. The leasing office personnel (Theresita, Oxana, Darlene, and Ruth) are beyond responsive and friendly. I toured on March 15th with the Assistant Community Manager the property was beautiful and very clean! The apartments its self are extremely big and has plenty of closet space as well. The APM has been working there for 13+ years and i can tell she really cares for her community. It was very quiet as well. What i did like is the property has FREE parking, big balconies & big closets. You can tell the residents take care of their units as well just from seeing how organized their balconies are. I just moved here! This place is fantastic! Upon entering my new home, I had a welcome package. And Let me tell you, that package is like a hug to say welcome home. As a new resident, you receive a temp shower curtain already hung, bath supplies, snacks, water & soda, and dish Detergent. The basic to get you settled. I’ve been a renter for a long time and by far this community has been the best rental experience I’ve ever had. The apartment is gorgeous, common areas clean, the landscaping well kept. The best part is this community feels like home because the staff who work here truly care about it’s residents. My requests have always been taken seriously and everyone in the office knows you by name. Maintenance responds very promptly to any work requests needed.
