I have not had a negative experience with this community so far. My requests are properly granted and the management and maintenance teams are up and doing. Just want to give a big shoutout to the maintenance team. I wish i knew their names but it’s two gentlemen. Every work order that I’ve put in so far gets taken care of the day after. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for an apartment.
I was looking to move from a less than desirable community in the area and have previously considered the Encore at Wheaton Station. Having moved here, I wish I had made that choice originally. The whole process of renting at this community was professional and thorough. The leasing office personnel (Theresita, Oxana, Darlene, and Ruth) are beyond responsive and friendly. I toured on March 15th with the Assistant Community Manager the property was beautiful and very clean! The apartments its self are extremely big and has plenty of closet space as well. The APM has been working there for 13+ years and i can tell she really cares for her community. It was very quiet as well. What i did like is the property has FREE parking, big balconies & big closets. You can tell the residents take care of their units as well just from seeing how organized their balconies are.
