I stay at the Encore frequently in the guest suite for business purposes, and this is the best place to live in Northern VA - the staff is great, the property is high-end, and clubhouse is AMAZING! They offer fitness classes, the pool is incredible, and the lounge is perfect for entertaining. I would 100% move to the Encore if I relocated to the area permanently. You can not find a better deal that offers so many perks.
