The staff is extremely unfriendly and inconsistent. They are constantly changing team members, which causes a lot of miscommunication to tenants. They need better management, and to tend to the awful rat problem around the property.
Bonaventure reality group is absolutely the worst property management company! Dwight Dunham makes extremely poor decisions in his team and hiring process as a whole. Pathetic place to live and they absolutely hate-use and abuse any decent staff they ever had. If if doesn’t make you dollars it doesn’t make cents right Encore? I need an explanation ! I been denied to enter to the clubhouse today along with my son and his friends . Because we do not have a reservation . Noone was inside the premises and we never paid before just to hang out for an hour and play pool . So now as a resident i have to pay a deposit of $75 and 50 per hour just to use the clubhouse ? The email just sent a week ago ask residents to please have their fob key to enter all amenities and it clearly says clubhouse 24/7 but no where states about making a reservation .. i feel ... read more
Maintainence came same day I e mailed my request. Excellent, polite and ready to complete my two requests. Damien also offered advice for my next request
DO. NOT. MOVE HERE! Staff changes every other week so no request ever get done. Waited on a storage unit that had a date of last year when it was supposed to be removed that was still full of someone else's clothes. 5 months and still week by week I'm told I'll be contacted later in the week or the following week about when the storage unit would be updated. Service request take forever to be completed, the parking is terrible and the staff is imbecilic, which is probably why they are removed every two weeks and replaced wit... read more
