It's great until you move out and they try and charge you an extra $500 and refuse to answer your emails and return your phone calls to get the bill corrected. All they care about it money. Better Business Bureau gives them an "F" rating for a reason! Do your research before moving here!
Great location makes for an easy commute to D.C! Complex is quiet and safe, Apartments are very spacious and sound proof. The Maintenance guys takes care of issues rather quickly and the customer service in the office is impeccable! Caitlyn and Shirley are awesome and very professional! For the price it's definitely a win win! If your looking to move I would highly recommend the Encore!
I have lived her for almost 6 years. It is a great place to live. It is quiet, secure and the entire staff are great.
