I do not recommend any of it. it has been one horrible experience after another. I couldn't even use my deck for months during the fall. When they finally allowed me to access my own deck it was in worse shape than when they started. So now instead of a crack i have standing water everytime it rains until a few days later when the sun drops it up. I do not think they have ever cleaned a breezeway in addition the trash is always overflowing.
I’ve lived at the enclave for as long as it’s been here I love the old management but now I’m not so much a fan of living here with new management I can honestly say I cannot wait to move now I will admit they are new so I understand that the new management is not perfect at their job like the last ones were that’s no excuse for having poor customer service skills and being kind of disorganized also don’t trust the operating time of the office because it’ll say that they are open but they really close hours ago which they re... read more
RecommendedIt's a great atmosphere (props to the service and maintenance guys)! Management is always pleasant, super attentive, quick response and actions taken, and more! We just moved from Wisconsin, in May. I'm so glad when we were looking online before moving here, in Knoxville, that Google took me straight to Hardin Valley's gem, The Enclave of Hardin Valley!
