Nice view from the 20th floor
Emerson has been a great experience so far. It’s clean, safe, and has everything you need. Also, I wanted to shout out Chris from Maintenance and Ernie from Concierge for helping with my move-in, and Pleasure from Leasing for being flexible to help with our lease! Plus, if anyone is considering moving in, there’s a bonus available for residents who recommend it to new tenants. If you’re interested, go to Emerson’s Yelp page and check out my review there!
Nice apartment building. But the management group just kinda leaves you hanging and hopes that you forget about your request. Always. All the time. Doesn’t get back to your emails either. Very disappointed.
