The only DTLA apartment that gives you peace of mind. Friendly and responsive staff, top tier amenities, and great sound-proofing in units. After I moved out, they refunded my security deposit in FULL with no questions asked—a small detail that reflects the honest dealing aspect of their quality management.
I've lived here for two full years, so I feel entitled to give an honest review of this apartment. And I have to come down hard on one thing: the leasing office. It is the worst leasing office I've dealt with during my entire time in Los Angeles. The leasing office staff will always tell you she's off today, and then you simply can't find her anywhere. Moved in for less than a month and experienced elevator issues and washer leaks - very frustrating.
The woman in the Leasing office who works on Saturday is so mean. Not friendly at all. No one gonna like her.
