My review My event at the Emerald Center was absolutely beautiful. Cornelius was an excellent host and helped me create a wonderful baby shower for my daughter. The only downside was my interaction with Mark. Although he was not my coordinator, he spoke to me in a rude and unpleasant tone, even after I explained that I had been working with someone else. That experience almost overshadowed the event, and I feel it’s important that staff learn how to communicate with customers respectfully.
Great venue with beautiful settings. The wedding i went too was off the chain!!!! Definitely recommend this place for that special event.
