RecommendedI recommend The Elysian Apartments because the location is very accessible and management treats their residents very well. Also, the cost is affordable in comparison to other apartments around the area. In addition, the actual apartments are just as nice as other complexes that cost more.
Really great apartment for an ever better price! And it’s close to campus! The management makes sure to host events and a lot of free giveaways as well!! Overall I have loved living in this apartment!
I have lived at other apartments in Dinkytown area/U of M campus and this is by far the best one! This apartment has the nicest amenities for the location and price. There are so many different units available and you are sure to find one that works perfect for you! There is a great room for studying and there's free ice cream on Friday's which is always a plus :) I have had no issues living here and I cannot recommend it enough!
Lived here for 2 years and I couldn't have asked for a better apartment experience! In a setting where many luxury student apartments look the same and offer similar amenities and pricing, the Elysian has always been differentiated by its phenomenal management and treatment of residents. It's obvious that the team here genuinely cares about everyone in the building, and the atmosphere is awesome. It's a fun place to live!
