We decided to sell our home last year since we had enough equity to cash out a nice profit. Eloff listed and sold our home for over the list price. Eloff and his staff are awesome! He found us a brand new townhome that we purchased in Henderson NV at Inspirada. As soon as we closed escrow, Eloff found us some qualified tenants and secured a 2 year lease. Wow! That was fast. I was blown away by how quick he managed to get it rented.
