Make sure to never rent from this company - they will do anything in their power to take your security deposit and screw you over. Have appointments set up for final check out because they go over every detail, to again, steal every penny from you they can, and then they change the check out day and time and say "There's really no reason for you to be there at check out." Whatever you do- make sure you are present at check out, or you will be getting charges for made up things.
Shady and they WILL go out of their way to make sure you do not get you security deposit back, even for normal wear and tear. I am a great, responsible tenant who will NEVER rent from this company ever again.
