RecommendedMy husband and I have been here just over a year and we love it! The staff is amazing and so very welcoming! We stop by just to chat often. Whenever we’ve had a maintenance request, there is never much of a wait. They have social gatherings so that we can get to know our neighbors which I appreciate. The complex grounds are well maintained so much so that the rabbits love it.😂😂😂😂 In the Spring and Summer, the pool is the place to be! Great team and service! The apartments are nicely renovated and any small issues I have had were attended to the same day as requested. Kevin, Corey and Brandon are super sweet, always smiling and helpful. This is the first apartment I've rented in two decades so I was a little worried but I am really enjoying it here!
Leasing office staff (Especially Brandon) were SUPER helpful and nice. Made moving in so easy!!
As one of Atlanta's oldest (and cutest) neighborhood's, Kirkwood for me and my roommates has become home to us. The Element is one of the few residential communities left around here that actually reflects a rich history of socioeconomic, racial, gender, sex, and other backgrounding diversity. We like living here because the complex actually looks and feels like Atlanta especially compared to the other areas we were looking that have been fully absorbed by gentrification and co-opting from suburban private interests. The management is very very rude. There have been 2 shootings over here and they won't let me transfer to another apt.
