I am awakened every day several hours early (5 am) by a neighbor beating against my wall for over a month. Upon speaking with the neighbor, the office found he had been DRINKING ALCOHOL WHILE TAKING PSYCH MEDS and was literally knocking on my wall to get to the voices he thought he was hearing.
