I am awakened every day several hours early (5 am) by a neighbor beating against my wall for over a month. Upon speaking with the neighbor, the office found he had been DRINKING ALCOHOL WHILE TAKING PSYCH MEDS and was literally knocking on my wall to get to the voices he thought he was hearing. The office says his mother is the signee on the apartment and say they have talked to her, but there has been no improvement in over a month. Good staff, nice pool, and grills
Moved here couple months ago! I love it! Nice clean area! Managers and maintenance are wonderful. I highly recommend for you to check it out if you are thinking about moving to Knoxville. I feel right at home.
I have lived here for several months and really like it! It’s about 15 minutes from Pellissippi Harden Valley campus and 10 to the mall. The staff is super friendly and super quick to fix any problem I’ve ever had. When we had several bad storms my roof had a very minor leak, they came out to fix it immediately and cleaned up the mess. The rent is a little expensive, but for the location to Pellissippi and Turkey Creek I cant complain!
