I set up an appt for my dog, they called and text to confirm but yet didn't show up to the location. I dont appreciate going out of my way at 6 a.m. to get him there by 7:30 a.m. , waiting an additional hour for the truck to not show up. The staff member was very rude and not helpful at all , I had to over hear from another conversation that we had to reschedule.

Unfortunately, our mobile clinic had mechanical problems this morning - an issue that we only became aware of in real time when our driver was unable to start the bus. Our staff did their best to rebook appointments while also conducting our vaccine and wellness clinic.
