The Edge I would say is a great place for anyone to live at. It is located in a nice spot where you are close to many things in Springfield like the grocery store and many restaurants. And having the added protection of being gated in is also a nice bonus, also having access to a nice pool and fitness center. Alicia is very understanding and quick to help with anything that you need and helps the move in process go smoothly.
At first, it seemed like this would be a great place to live however after getting approved for a unit, everything went down hill. I attempted multiple times to contact the site regarding the process and setting up a time to sign the lease. I rarely received a response. I emailed and called several times (no one ever answered after I got approved) asking about the lease and setting up a time on my move in day to come get the key. Nothing. It was crickets. They are the worst. If I can give them minus 5 I would. Apartments are nasty. Dog park is disgusting. Lease office is rude and Alicia is so difficult. Supposed to be gated community and gate was broke for months and management didn’t bother to repair. They ripped me off. I gave a notice whenever I moved out, paid 2 months rent for breaking the lease and moved out when I was supposed to. They kept charging me rent because the day I moved out I didn’t send them an email. Why I would I need to send an email if I had already not... read more
