I had an exceptional experience with the maintenance team at Edge Luxury Apartments! I submitted requests for a frozen fridge water dispenser and a broken patio door blind, and both issues were fixed the very next day—super fast and efficient. New property owners dont care about the tenants, just looking to make a buck. Since they took over the "secured" property is a free for all, generic code and anyone gets in !!! Why bother locking the gate ??? Tenants now pay a flat fee for ALL utilities and they want to charge you property insurance!!! Still have to pay your own renters but you also pay their property!!! Stay far away from them Can I do zero stars ?!?!
we are on our second year here and have always had whatever issue that came up get taken care of very quickly. the property manager Lindsey is awesome and is great at communicating what’s going on within the property, she is also just a great person! can’t recommend this place enough!
Please note this review is for the current owners of the edge and NOT PCM! (Never deal with PCM OR ALISHA they really are as bad as every review says) but I spoke to Dayne and he was super helpful! The property is amazing and I miss living there (wish I got to experience the new owners!)
