Absolutely awful experience. The property manager, Melissa, is completely unprofessional, disorganized, and unwilling to take accountability. From the very beginning, it’s been nothing but problems. I signed my lease with a move-in date of 12/12/25, only to be given the WRONG keys and locked out of my own unit for three full days. Instead of fixing the situation or apologizing, Melissa refused to prorate my rent and tried to shift the blame onto me. My experience applying here has been nothing but Amazing it's under new management Ms.Veronica 10/10 would recommend. Her professionalism, care & concern has been nothing but phenomenal experience. The application was smooth & simple everything is done through there portal from setting up your account, to buying renters insurance, signing your lease and payment is all done .
