I have been at The Edge for over a year now. The team is fantastic! Cheri was so helpful when I was selecting the best floor plan for my family. Since then, Ebony has been my ‘go to’ person for anything and has been incredibly warm, responsive, and kind. Their maintenance team is also on top of things when something has popped up. The beautiful apartment, community, amenities, excellent location, and high level of customer service have helped make this a happy place for my family and me. Thanks!
This property has a great fitness center and half court gym. The buildings are secure. My only complaint is the garages could be attached to the units and not to a public space. Other than that, these are new and modern. A little on the small side tho.
The moving in process is great and the amenities including pool and walking trails are really nice. However, I do not recommend this apartment. With a pet, you’re required to pay for a doggie DNA test to help ensure that you clean up after your dog, if not then you’ll incur a fine. I cannot imagine this is the case because of the dog remains that are left everywhere, including the dog park. I just want to give a huge thank you to Cheri, Rachel & Ebony for their outstanding customer service and hospitality during my apartment search. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming and made me feel completely comfortable. With this being a brand-new complex, I expected there might be a few hiccups, but nope!
