Edge 401 has been a great place to call home! The 1x1 bedroom apartments are clean and spacious, with high-quality finishes that make a difference. I’ve been living at The Edge @ 401 for almost three years now, and it’s been a great experience! The complex has a nice pool and adequate amenities that make it comfortable. The apartments are well-sized, and even though the building is a little older, it’s very well-built. The concrete walls mean I never hear my neighbors, which is a huge plus. location and staff are very good, Melissa is a sweetie and i have no care so its very convenient. Rates are good, overall no complaints.
The location is great! Next to FSU shopping and restaurants. The brick building is quiet which enables me to study. The office staff are wonderful!
