Cynthia has helped me buy two houses. We bought our first home when Austin was a major seller's market and everyone was paying way over asking to compete on bids. Somehow Cynthia got the sellers to accept an offer $20k under asking. After inspection, we realized the house needed a new roof amongst a few other more minor details -- and Cynthia negotiated another $2k off of the selling price.
