Had my first appointment with Mel today. From the moment I walked into the clinic Mel made me feel welcom and at ease. The actual micro suctioning only took 10 minutes and all the wax was gone. 10/10 experience. Mel is a ray of sunshine and gets the job done.
Came in today for the usual earwax removal and Mel has done it once again! Ear wax gone! Thank you so much Mel! You are amazing as always! 10/10 would recommend

In less than a minute, she worked her magic with a micro-suction device, and I felt instant relief. And the best part? Absolutely zero discomfort! Highly recommend!
