I had my first appointment with Mel today. The ear suction was far more effective than the syringing I’ve been having periodically at my GP practice. Mel is obviously very experienced in this field and she has a lovely friendly way of communicating with her patients. Her receptionist was lovely also. I left feeling very confident in her treatment and advice. I will be using her method of ear care in the future. 🤗
