Not sure how I feel yet just know water is shut off already twice in one week

Unfortunately, we have encountered slab leaks and although these occurrences are outside of our control, we have been happy to send out notices as soon as we are made aware of these necessary repairs. We will continue to address these concerns and inform our residents in a timely manner. We are here to be of service.
Words can not explain my amazing experience here at The Dylan! The management is great always super nice and attentive to my needs. The apartments are very spacious and clean. The best living experience I ever had!

Office personnel is rude, unwilling to help, and will squeeze a quarter until the eagle screams. The only personnel worth mentioning is the maintenance personnel, always friendly. This place was nice until the "dylan" took over. If you lived there long enough, after every lease your rent would go up, but they will not remodel your unit and still charge the same rent as a brand new remodeled unit. Would not recommend anyone to live there, and would advice to look somewhere else.
