This place has the worst roach infestation (German cockroach’s), and they REFUSE to admit it. I have so many pictures and videos of them running all over the apartment and laying egg casings as well. We ended up breaking our lease with them due to the extreme uninhabitable condition of this place and they were threatening to charge over 4 months of rent. This place NEEDS to be shut down.
The cabinets are still old. The management is still bad and RUDE. Water outages every other week. Gate always breaks. Noisy neighbors, weed smokers everywhere... maintenance takes forever to do or fix anything. In summary, stay away from this place. I give it less than 0 if possible.

RecommendedThe cabinets are pretty old and kinda falling apart and the apartment is low on storage space but it is a nice layout and pretty affordable. And the grounds are pretty.
I guess old reviews get deleted? not that within the last 6 months is all that old. I would write the review again, but it'll be deleted. Look elsewhere.
I have lived here for about 11 years and I honestly would not want to live anywhere else.With its up-scale grounds,thanks to the highly qualified maintainance crew,the friendly leasing office staff.the modern facilities and care-free living,not to mention shopping within walking distance.It's no wonder I'm here to stay.
