Roger Perez, David Villegas, Jonathan Mendoza and crew are always extraordinarily professional, friendly, and have always been on top of any maintenance issues within a timely fashion. They definitely add an element of comfort and safety when It comes to living at The Dylan! Thank you sincerely to all!
UPDATE: The Dylan Apartments/Essex Properties continued to deny any responsibility for disposing of my property and refused to compensate me for my couch. I had to pursue this ALL THE WAY to small claims court. Where the court ruled in my favor in under 5 minutes after reviewing the evidence. I am of course still waiting on payment from them, but PLEASE BE WARNED, this is exactly the lack of care and consideration you are getting from this building and property company.
