My experience at The Dylan ended on an incredibly disappointing note. Despite my lease being active through June 26 and a final move-out inspection scheduled, the management team removed and discarded my Crate & Barrel couch before the lease ended — without my knowledge or consent. They have phone numbers all around to reach them, no one ever answers. They never call you back even if you leave a voicemail. I had rented this location, they had lied about free parking, they said they’d reimburse for the parking costs but then never responded. I had to pay $60 in parking for a location listed as “Free parking”. The days I was there, police showed up because two men were trying to break into someone’s apartment. Worst self tour experience ever. Marc Abarca provided worts and rudest communication. Access system did not work so I had to ask residents to help me out. Can only imagine maintainance quality. Don’t even think!
If you care for your safety DO NOT move into this building. Management does not care. There's homeless living on the roof, someone tried to break into an apartment this past week, thieves stealing packages, no cameras in common areas, and literal criminals living on the premises. Just google "shooting at Dylan Weho" and you'll have more than enough info. PS. Security is only part-time and starts AFTER 8pm. SMH.
I had an amazing experience working with Jonathan b during my application and move-in process! He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable every step of the way. He answered all my questions, made the process smooth and stress-free, and truly made me feel welcomed. I’m so grateful for his support — it made all the difference. Highly recommend!
