We listed our condo with Craig Duran at Sunrise Beach Resort PCB in December and had accepted a contract/sold by January! He was extremely knowledgeable and prepared and his staff facilitated any follow up questions very quickly. This is the second time we have used Craig Duran for a real estate transaction and highly recommend him.
