Great company! After using them for my new slate roof, I totally see why they won so many awards. Not only is their work spectacular, but their service is just as good if not better. All I can say is keep up the great work!!
Wonderful work!! Durable Slate did outstanding work on our Victorian home. The repairs they did matched in perfectly and the new copper "pans" look great. They are very dedicated and very knowledgeable. I'd definitely give them an A+.

Durable Slate was the first company I've found that really understands my slate roof. I was so frustrated before I found these guys that I went out and bought a book by Joseph Jenkins called "The Slate Roof Bible" and was considering doing my own work. No one in town seemed to follow standard slate practices until I found Durable Slate.
True Slaters I'm originally from Boston, and there's a bunch of old-time slaters there. I assumed it'd be the same here, because New Orleans is such an old city with fantastic homes with slate roofs, but I seemed like it was hopeless finding a real slater in town. Then I called Durable Slate. They are the real McCoy. They're the only ones I'll let on my slate roof.
Durable Slate is worth calling I'm so glad I hired them. They fixed my leaky slate roof and made it look so much better by taking out all the "clips." I would highly recommend them.
Couldn't be happier I did lots of research before I replaced my slate roof, and I'll tell you it was well worth it. Durable Slate did a fantastic job on my house. It looks great, and it's going to last!! I've since referred them to several of my friends who weren't so fortunate to call them before doing their slate roof. I would certainly recommend using them.
Impressed with their service The salesman from Durable Slate temporarily stopped my leak while I was waiting for them to get me onto their schedule. I was really happy with their service.
Knowledgeable and honest Durable Slate examined my old New Orleans slate roof last month. They were really honest and knowledgeable. They showed me a bunch of pictures of their beautiful work around the city. And then, they told me that I didn't need a new roof like other roofers had told and tried to sell me. They did some repairs and the roof stopped leaking!!
Very Professional Durable Slate came out and inspected my slate roof and was very professional. I got a written report and then I had them complete the repairs. I'm very happy with them and would recommend them for any slate or copper work.
