This year we sold and bought with The Dukes Team and had an amazing experience. We recommend them to anyone that is in the market to buy or sell a home. We strongly believe they are the best realtors around. Carrie does a phenomenal job quickly answering any questions you may have in the process and getting things scheduled in a timely manner. John was incredibly knowledgeable, pointing out concerns and small details. He was a huge asset in finding our new home. Hard working and honest people! Highly recommend!

When my family moved to the Cary (NC) area from SC, we were taken aback by the state of housing market. John's knowledge of the area and his tap on the market trends were extremely helpful in our home buying process. While looking at prospective houses, John also gave us plenty of excellent advice on what things to look out for, or what expenses to expect over the short-term based on the condition and age of the house.
