So I decided to go wash my car since It issuch a beautiful day.... as I am getting guided into the car wash the kid has me up on the guide rail, so I reversed be I could feel my car going over the rail. As I pull out there are 2 men that are Conveniently standing outside of the car wash (duke employees) chatting. Went to get an oil change. My break light was not on and I could break fine. As soon as I'm driving off, alllll of a sudden my break light is on and I have to freaking Fred Flintstone my foot all the way down to break. When I go back, all they can say is the fluid is full and it must be a coincidence. I don't believe in coincidences. How is it that I drive my car into Duke of oil and it's fine, but when I leave my breaks are f-ed up. Nope. Won't be back.
Recommendedmy car needed a little help sprayed off
Spent half an hour in line. Specifically asked the technician if they checked air in tires because mine need checked. He stated they do. Over the next 20 minutes, I declined all the add on items he offered. At check out with my $70+ bill I find out no he did not check my tire pressure but I “could pull back around to have it done”. ....pull back around to that line in the back lol. Unreal, never going back.
RecommendedIn n out quick like. Like the fact that I can stay in the car while they do under the hood, as well as under the engine. No complaints at all. Saves me from crawling under the fleet.
Kudos go out to Firestone! Exemplary customer service. They have followed up on an “A” make up for a repair that had caused engine damage (at their affiliated oil change place) with another “A” today in the repair of an engine problem that original was suggested I pay close to $1000 in replacement.
