My Mother took her 2018 Buick here for an oil change and was told she HAD to change the battery. She said no, that she had to go to Walgreens to get medication. They told her she would not make it without changing the battery. So thankfully she calls me I leave work and go here and there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with the battery. They should be ashamed to try to take advantage of an older woman. Will never recommend this place to anyone again.
Need a lesson on proper customer service. “That’s not my problem.” When you don’t do what a customer asks and they are displeased it is your problem. Never going back.

I made an appointment and specifically asked for a tire rotation and to have my back tire checked because of a possible slow leak. Made the appointment in person and watched the lady make the notes. She told me come in today at 8:30 and they would rotate my tires and fix my back tire if it needed it. To make a long story short, after they rotate my tires and the guy is telling me Im all set I ask about the back tire and they tell me they don’t do that unless you ask and I tell him I did when I made the appointment. My 78 year old mother lives in Merrillville and was freaking out because her oil change light came on in her Saturn so she took it here. She was treated so well and was told that she had 800 miles more to go before she needed to change the oil but they checked everything to make sure and sent her on her way. How honest is that? Listen you now have my mother as a customer as well as an advertisement whenever she gets a chance but you also now have her 3 children as advertisement.
