I would read reviews. Will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. Do not pay cash or zelle. They showed up with a shop vac to clean my vents with my tenant present. They ran out of paint and did not complete the job. Sent me a 3 year warranty When I inspected work it was subpar. I just needed a simple AC vent cleaning. I was told basic cleaning is $99. Which sound like a good deal. So I ask to schedule service. The technician came to my home and place this raggedy vacuum to the main AC vent. He proceed to throw some white foam in my vents and then charge me $1600 for a good that seems no more than $500... Lesson learned so I would NEVER recommend this company to family or friends.
I canceled the appointment because their reviews are terrible and when they called me to ask why they called me stupid ok the phone. This company is a major scam. Look at the comments online. The duct clinic is a scam.
I hired them to clean my dryer vent. The price is was quoted was not what they stated when the arrived and they did not finish the job left my dryer unhooked and tore out of my driveway. I called and they demanded I zelle them money or would not come back and finish the job! They should be closed down ripping people off and the manager screaming on the phone! Can't trust anyone!
Customer service is terrible. My appointments widow is between 4pm to 6 pm. I got a FB message said the technician will be delayed. I got it! Then I waited till 6 pm, another text said will have to reschedule for next time because technician is tired from a big job, and customer service said that technician is a human. OK?
