Ive ordered from them twice now. Ive noticed that none of their fragrances actually smell like what theyre described. All have an overwhelmingly gross chemical smell to them. Every single fragrance needs to macerate, per their advice, which *** never has to do with any of my other fragrances from other brands. Out of about six perfumes Ive purchased, *** had to toss, resell or give away 5 of them. DUA does not allow negative reviews. It's a fact. I left four reviews, two positive and two negative. Surprise, surprise the negative reviews did not make it to the site. I bought four scents, two were quite good and spot on for the orginals. The other two smelled NOTHING like the originals and one had solid particles floating in the bottle. They have shipped multiple orders in 1 ***** package and are requiring a signature when I am at work. They did not disclose this when I placed the order, and I am very unhappy about it. They are unresponsive via *********
They are horrible when it comes to resolving issues or any type of customer service. The owner is foreign so pinches pennies **********'ve never seen in my life. Which definitely drips into his business. I spent over 3 thousand woth them in 2 months. They are inconsistent with their fragrances and if you have an issue it doesn't matter who you are or what you spent, their bottom line is $. Stay away
Over the past year and a half, I have purchased a lot of The Dua Brand perfume bottles and enjoyed them. However, I have recently noticed the vanilla note in multiple bottles has either disappeared or gone bad (smells like chemicals) in under a year with minimal usage.
